Tonto Dikeh’s estranged lover, Prince Kpokpogri has dragged her to court in a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
Kpokpogri is dragging the actress to court alongside the Department of State Services (DSS).
Recall that for the better part of this month, there has been a continuous back and forth between Dikeh and Kpokpogri following the crash of their short-lived relationship.
Well, the drama is far from over as Kpokpogri is now demanding N10 billion as compensation from Tonto Dikeh and the DSS.
Kpokpogri’s suit comes a few weeks after Tonto had filed a petition against him addressed to the Commissioner of Police, FCT Command,
The politician was also invited by the DSS for questioning.
Kpokpogri is now fighting back as he demands compensation for what is been termed mental trauma, emotional stress and severe damage caused him due to the DSS invitation.
He is also seeking a restraining order stopping the DSS from further inviting him for questioning.
In the petition Tonto filed against Kpokpogri, she accused him of blackmail, extortion, and obtaining by false pretense.
As earlier stated, Tonto has been in the news for the better part of this month following the crash of her relationship with estranged lover, Prince Kpokpogri.
The pair had only made their relationship public three months ago in June during Kpokpogri’s birthday.
Kpokpogri was accused of cheating on Tonto Dikeh last month. In an audiotape was leaked by Instagram blog, Gistlover, a man alleged to be Kpokpogri can be heard talking about a s*xual tryst with another lady.
“She just comes and we f*ck because her p*ssy was so sweet. I’m supposed to repeat that match but I’ve been busy,” the man was quoted as saying.
The man whom Gistlover claimed was Prince Kpokpogri would also complain about Tonto Dikeh’s alleged addiction to smoking and drinking.
However, he has since flipped the script accusing the superstar actress of stepping out on him with another man.
According to the politician, a man had visited Tonto around 2.30 am and allegedly slept in the same room as the actress.
“A man came to you 2:30 am in the morning, he told you I’m at your door, there was no communication again till past 8 in the morning and you are asking me to think otherwise,” he said.
Countering his claims, Dikeh stated that the man did visit her home, but he did not sleep in her room.
Last week, rumours were then rife that Kpokpogri had been picked up by DSS officials on allegations of blackmail. He would later come out on Instagram Live to debunk any such rumours.
In a different section of his live video, Kpokpogri further dragged the actress whom he accused of rubbishing her first husband, and then trying to do the same to him. A ploy he claimed will never work.
He said: “A woman, you rubbished the first man you married, you think you can play the same game with me.”
Kpokpogri also accused the actress of forcefully keeping his Lexus jeep worth millions of naira in her compound. He warned that he was just waiting for the law to take it’s course before getting it back.
He said: “You went to go and park my Lexus, a car that I bought of 67 million, in your compound, feeling that you’re bigger than the law.
“If you’re bigger than the law then me, I will equally break the law.”
