A woman has landed herself in big trouble for allegedly stabbing her maid to death with a kitchen knife.
Newsmen understands that the incident was revealed on social media (facebook)by Andrea Ekeng Inyang, special assistant to Governor Ayade on strategic communication.
Inyang, who reported the incident on his Facebook page on Saturday, said the housewife entered her house only to find her maid sitting on her husband’ s lap watching Tiktok videos on sunday.
The enraged woman allegedly pounced on the girl, said to be about 15 years old, and stabbed her with a kitchen knife. Newsmen reports that the incident occurred in Calabar, the Cross River State capital.
Although there are not yet many details about the incident, Inyang reports that the woman is now behind the counter answering questions.
He wrote: ” Tonight’ s news; somewhere along Mbukpa Street in Calabar South, the lady approached her 15 year old maid who was sitting on her husband’ s lap watching TikTok videos. She got angry and stabbed the girl. As I write, she’ s behind the counter. “
