Principles to overcome Challenges in Life.

I learnt a principle that has helped me overcome many challenges while I was in secondary school.
The Baptist Students Fellowship of Olivet Baptist High school held a weekly meeting inside the Chapel at 3 pm on Fridays those days.
There was this fine babe, Titi Laniyan, that I had grown fond of at the time. She is now a Pastor’s wife and she remains a soul winner per excellence.
Titi invited me to the BSF meeting, I liked it too much to say no, so I attended
They invited a pastor for the meeting and the pastor preached about the Integrity of the Word of God especially when the Word is spoken to you or shown to you by the Holy Spirit and not some random memory verse you like and insist you’re tapping into.
He said he was married with two children and one day in the place of prayer He saw a vision of the future. In that vision, he saw his son graduating from University.
He saw himself and his wife taking pictures with the young man and really celebrating him. He knew he had seen tomorrow and he was grateful for it.
Three weeks later, the same son suddenly fell ill (he was 10 years old at the time). The pastor said, “We rushed him to the hospital and spent so much money on this mysterious illness until I had nothing left for myself or to borrow”.
I Yet the boy didn’t get better. Eventually, a cardiologist told them the boy had a missing valve in his heart and wouldn’t live beyond that month. The pastor said he sat up at that point and paid attention.
Why would I see the same boy graduating from the university as a young man if he would die at the age of ten. Which truth is true!
Medical facts say the boy is as good as dead but God had opened his eyes to see tomorrow!
Which truth is to be believed?
He said asked that his son be discharged to him
When they got home, he told his son about the vision he saw.

He said, “I saw you graduate from the university, that is the future God planned for you not this abrupt end of life”.
He said his son believed and things turned around within three weeks.
The boy suddenly became healthy (the missing valve was still missing and yet he didn’t die of suffer any form of illness).
That testimony gripped me in the heart!
That young man is a medical doctor today.
He is married with three children.
As I began my walk with the Holy Spirit, I would often mull over this testimony and ask myself if I trusted God’s word that much.
Then I fell ill in 2016, I had been having tummy issues for several years but because the issues comes and goes by themselves, I didn’t pay attention to them as I ought to. As a father of two and a husband of one woman with responsibilities I found myself holding a medical lab report stating that I have holes in my intestines and needed to go for surgery in India.
The pain was excruciating and I couldn’t sit for several hours without blood seeping on seats and chairs through my rear end. I was told I couldn’t survive the year unless I do the surgery.
The surgery was to cost me a 13million naira at the time. I was earning a 60k salary and didn’t have any idea how to raise that kind of money
I was told to do crowdfund I said I’d die first
I wasn’t that desperate to live.

The doctor told me I should take him serious
I said I did but I wouldn’t do crowdfunding to live an extra day in this world
Royalty does not beg.
I went into my closet and started praying.
Then I saw a vision one Night!
I was ministering to many people in the UK
(I was a Sunday school teacher in church at this time and employed as a PA to a pastor).
In that vision. I sat beside the Lord Jesus and he was instructing me as I ministered.
I turned to Him and said, “Sir, I am sick. My tummy is killing me”.
The LORD looked me, shook his head and said “Come out of it”.
He didn’t say it like “Lazarus, come forth” which was a direct instruction.
He said it like “What are you talking about? Come out of it” As if it was my responsibility to come out of it.
I woke up from that vision puzzled!
I was still in pain, my boxers and Jeans would sometimes be soaked in blood just after two or three hours of driving.
Walking was hard work and I took antacids like water, just to calm my tummy.
I increased my prayer hour to two (praying in the Holy Ghost) and I started reading the SCRIPTURES out loud to my hearing two hours a day.
I disregarded the pain and the fear, I stuck to this routine until I started enjoying the fellowship for its own sake.
I couldn’t say which day it was (for several days while praying the tummy pain would increase in intensity as I prayed and lessen in intensity if I eased off praying.
At that point I realised the prayer was affecting it and increased the intensity).
I got healed!
I started wearing a belt again and my meals which were beans and vegetables while I was sick returned to normal diet of all kinds of good food.
The Lord showed me tomorrow and I saw no sickness.
I saw a man ministering in the UK, full of life and good health.
It was my responsibility to choose the future I wanted.
The one with a verdict of death or the one with a verdict of life.
I chose life!
I chose to trust the word of God as given to me by the Holy Spirit.
Since this principle led to my healing, I have seen it heal the sick and raise the dead several times when I share it with fellow believers.
A medical doctor in Osun state got married and saw himself and his wife taking pictures with their set of twins on their 4th birthday.
He said the vision was so real that when he woke up he thought he started to laugh in the spirit and was also perceiving the smell of the cake being shared in that vision.
His wife got pregnant a few weeks later, the scan showed a set of twins
When the pregnancy was 8 months, his wife started having cramps.
He carried her to the car so as to rush her to the hospital.
As soon as she got in the car she stopped breathing.
This was at 11 PM on a Saturday night.
He carried her back into the house and began to do CPR and other things.
Nothing worked.
He called me at about 2 AM to explain the situation.
When I heard about the vision, I told him his wife was not dead.
He said “Sir, I am a doctor. She is dead”
I said, “Sir, I trust the integrity of the Word of God given to you, she lives!”
He said okay!
I asked him to let her be and continue his daily activities as normal
He said “In usually check on our goats and chickens in the morning around this time (it was around 5:30am).
I said okay, please go and do that.
In his own words, “When I got back to the house around 7am, she was seated in the sitting room, angry at me for not bringing her the hibiscus tea she had been drinking early in the morning everyday to regulate her blood pressure…”
The Word of God is like a hammer, it can break every other word but can never be broken!
I will be ministering in the UK for the next three weeks at various locations.
The vision I saw came to pass 100%.
The verdict of the doctor failed 100%.
It could have been the other way round if I trusted the doctor and symptoms of the illness above the Word of God
