She was a single mom but I had three beautiful girls while she had one princess.

We were in the same community but I knew her from a distance.
Her husband passed away barely a year after marriage and the baby was just 5 months old as at that time. While my wife passed away two year’s ago….oh my precious jewel….. How I wish you never left my side.

Her daughter was 3 years old before the passing away of my wife and she became 5 years old after 2 years of my wifes demise.

I decided to marry again to fill the gap that was lying empty in my life and I found her fit for that position because she has gone through same pain as me and she will also need a father figure in the life of her daughter as I also needed a mother’s love and care for my three daughters.
The eldest was 10 years old while my second daughter was 8 years old and my last daughter was 6 years old.

I had tried my best in raising them alone for the past two years although it wasn’t easy because of my work and I also wanted to be sexually active once again and that is why I opt for remarrying.

I hope I wasn’t been selfish because I needed all the help and comfort that came with marriage.

I talked with her and she accepted, I didn’t want to waste time so we did the necessary tradition and she became my wife in a gap of 4 months.
I brought home to my kid’s the mom I thought they deserved but to my outmost surprise it was the opposite of what I dreamt of…I never imagined to give my kids out but that was what happened.

I gave my first daughter out to my brother
And my second daughter to a close relative
I wanted to keep my last daughter close to my heart cause she reminded me so much of my wife but that never happened because she made me push them all away from me.
You might ask how?

1 year after marriage she gave me a baby boy I was so happy
And three years later we had another son.
After the birth of our first son she changed or should I say I never really knew her, she was angered by any little thing my girls did.

She wouldn’t even want to cook and give them, she was more of a boss than a mother to them
and she complained alot about them.

I had to send my first daughter out cause she was quarreling about her at first and then my second daughter.
It wasn’t a small issue she even fought me at time’s, it was hard for me sending them out but I had to for the sake of peace so as to create a conducive environment for my boy’s who were just growing up.

But I lost it all when she insisted my last daughter most go, she used her character and every other thing to make sure I complied.

I sure did but my life ever since I sent her off has been miserable, a life I never thought I’ll leave is what I’m living right now. I’m broken and shattered but she’s not bothered neither does she care.

I never treated her daughter wrongly, I have never been cruel or wicked to her daughter but she couldn’t show love or care and a little affection towards my daughter’s. I still can’t believe I would leave this kind of horrible life but I’m in my reality right now.

Yes, I smoke and drink now… come back late at night….she doesn’t even care neither is she bothered or concerned.

I’m tired of the way I’m living life but I can’t stop neither can I change it
I don’t know what to do
I need help but I don’t know who will help me.

I’ve always believed in God and I’m sure he’s the only one I can cry out to for help now.
